Group Rates and Conditions

• 20 or more full-paying guests: 10% discount
• 40 or more full-paying guests: 15% discount

Complimentary places: the 21st guest stays free (1:20), and the 42nd guest also stays free (2:40).

Discounts cannot be combined.

• Early season: 18–25 December 2026
• Christmas and New Year: 26 December 2026 – 6 January 2027
• Low season: 7–29 January 2027
• High season: 30 January – 28 February 2027
• Late season: 1–18 March 2027
• Easter: 19–29 March 2027

Children’s Discounts and Supplements

• Ages 0–5: free of charge
• Ages 6–12: 50% discount
• Ages 13 and over: 20% discount
• 3rd and 4th guests sharing a room: 20% discount
• Single-room supplement: 25%

Minimum Stay and Room Allocations

• High season: 3 nights
• New Year: minimum 5 nights

The guest name list must be provided 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation and Payment Terms

• 30 days or more before arrival: free of charge
• 29–21 days before arrival: 25%
• 20–8 days before arrival: 60%
• 7 days or fewer before arrival: 100%

Deposit: 25% · Remaining balance: due 14 days before arrival.
